Andy Park's Avengers concept art makes Hawkeye cool

Andy Park's Avengers concept art makes Hawkeye cool photo

I remember watching the awesomeness of Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye in last Summer's The Avengers while humming that "one of these things is not like the others" song from Sesame Street. Why is that? Because Hawkeye was just not cool. As much as the movie tried to make him cool with his whole "brainwashed" and splodey arrow schtick, he just did not stack up compared to the others. I think it might have been the outfit. It was just a vest, two arrow arm guards (for someone who's supposedly a master archer), and some pants.

Thanks to a recent batch of concept art for the film, released by Andy Park, Hawkeye finally seems kind of cool. Something about the art helps him look better. I just don't know why. Oh and I guess everyone else looks cool too (but why no HULK?!?). Check out cool Hawkeye and other pieces in the gallery below, with more pieces on Andy Park's site.
