Falcon gets his wings in Captain America: Winter SoldierWhen news of Anthony Mackie getting cast as Falcon in Captain America: Winter Soldier broke, I was elated because Marvel was going to get outrageous. They were ready to show off a man who flew around with giant metal wings and spoke telepathically with birds. In an interview with Ain't It Cool News, Mackie revealed that Marvel is at least allowing the wings:
While his words are a bit vague, it does confirm that he probably won't talk to birds (since it's not "exact").
