Flixclusive Clip: Sleep Tight

I hate cliffhangers...

Way back at Fantastic Fest 2011, we reviewed a Spanish horror/thriller called Sleep Tight. It sounded pretty interesting, but the lack of a big release/marketing push meant that I kind of totally forgot about it.

That changes now, because the film is finally getting released thanks to Dark Sky Films, which is putting the film out on home media this very week. To celebrate, we are officially becoming part of that film's marketing push (yay!), because we have an exclusive (or flixclusive, for you fancy-types) clip of the film for y'all to enjoy. Now, I can't give you any context for this clip, because I haven't had a chance to see the film myself. I can say that it involves bugs, is in Spanish, and is either the buildup to a pretty significant moment in the film or a ridiculous tease. I don't know anything else, but I can't say I'm not intrigued.

Fortunately, I don't have to wait in cliffhanger limbo for much longer, because Sleep Tight comes out on Blu-ray and DVD tomorrrow (January 8th). If you are also intrigued, residing in America, and not particularly interested in spending money, you still have one more day to win a Blu-ray copy from us. You should do that and then gloat at me about it, because I'm not eligible for the contest (even though I like ice cream too, damn it).
