And the Oscar could go to...

They're here! The moment all of the world waits for every year despite that fact that the Oscars matter less and less every year. Despite that previous opinion we at Flixist still get excited about the Oscars if only to argue about who should win, and more importantly who got snubbed. This year was, of course, no different as there's plenty to talk about with these nominations.

But talk is for another time. This is the post where I type up the nominees as they are announced and then show it off to you with only a few comments once they're all good to go. So here the quick comments: I'ms surprised by how well Beasts of the Southern Wild did and so annoyed that Javier Bardem didn't get a nod for Skyfall.
