Justin Lin to helm sci-fi comedy Subdivision
Justin Lin actually made a Fast & Furious movie enjoyable so he is clearly a miracle worker and needs to be given more awesome projects. Universal agrees and has greenlit his next project Subdivision, a sci-fi comedy action thing. Right now he's just producing, but it is a potential directing opportunity for him. Lin is currently on Fast & Furious Six so if he is going to direct it could be a bit before we see it. The plot is under wraps so we can only assume its about a rag tag group of star fighters in a dejected subdivision of the start fighter military. They're looked down upon but when every other star fighter in the galaxy is trapped its up to them to save the day. If I got that right you all owe me pancakes. [via ComingSoon] Did you know?
