New poster for The Wolverine is greatest film poster ever
While The Wolverine may not be as awesome as it potentially could have been under Darren Aronofsky, it's still shaping up to be a formidable entry in the X-Men film franchise. With the film taking place in Japan, focusing on Logan's past as a samurai, this new international poster (which you can see in the gallery below) gives the X-Man some Japanese context. If anything, he just looks like a total badass, especially when compared to the now-lame domestic poster that was released in October. Beyond the static and motion posters, Marvel has also released a Facebook app allowing interested parties to customize the poster as their cover photos. However, at the time of writing, it was acting buggy and I didn't get a chance to play with it. However, if you're okay with altering privacy settings to allow the app to post on your Facebook wall, you can mess around with Logan, rain, and samurai swords on the film's official Facebook app. [via Marvel] Did you know?
