Today on the Facebook page for The Dark Knight Rises, the new poster for Zack Snyder's Man of Steel was posted. It's quite beautiful in its way, and conveys the suspicion that Superman will likely face in the film. There's also a slightly messianic vibe going on here with the light (hopefully they don't go Superman Returns with it). Part of me does sort of miss the spit curl, but Henry Cavill still looks like Supes regardless.

We're just over a week away from the new trailer for Man of Steel (you can see the previous trailers here), which is just one of many goodies attached to The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Give the poster a look in the gallery. Man of Steel comes out June 14th, 2013.

Snyder offers up a BS excuse for the end of Man of Steel

Max Landis also has opinions about Man of Steel

Man of Steel has certainly caused a ruckus with the Flixist staff. Hubes outright hates it, Matt liked it to a certain degree, Alec liked everything but the ending, I love pancakes, but we can all mostly agree that Man of St...more

Man of Steel features $2 trillion in overall damage

I'm probably the only person on staff who outright hates Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, which Matt enjoyed but also found problematic as a Superman movie. To me, Man of Steel is a film so joyless and unheroic that it makes Super...more
