Even though An Evening with Christopher Nolan at the Walter Reade Theater is sold out, you still have a chance to see the director in person at the IFC Center on Tuesday, November 27th. Christopher Nolan will introduce a 35mm restoration of his debut film, Following, a stylish low-budget neo-noir shot on 16mm and released in 1998. I haven't seen Following since it first came out on DVD, but I remember that it was a finely crafted film.
The 7:30pm show of Following has already sold out, but the IFC Center has added an additional screening at 9:20pm. Nolan will be at both screenings.
