Born in an Air Force base in 1983, Donald Glover was raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. If that location sounds familiar, it might be because it's also the home of Kenneth Parcell on 30 Rock. Not only did Glover write for the show, but he also appeared in minor roles in a few episodes and was both the composer and performer of the spooky, scary hit, “Werewolf Bar Mitzvah.”

Before 30 Rock, Glover's writing could be seen in various shorts around the internet, often under the pseudonym “Derrick Comedy.” One of the more popular videos was “Blowjob Girl” with Ellie Kemper from The Office (Erin talking about her terrible BJs is, by the way, also awesome and oddly hot, though that might be because I'm safe from mangling).

Glover also has his hands in the music industry. He raps as Childish Gambino, and has had tracks available online since 2008.
