21 and Over is about three, um, adults as they go through a wild night of partying for Jeff Chang's (Justin Chan, that one kid from Turbo) birthday. Naturally, they get into shenanigans. It's brought to you by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, the guys who wrote The Hangover. So it's got the pedigree, but nothing really seems to grab my attention. It just seems like a by-the-numbers genre flick at this point.
Maybe I'm tired of party movies. The one good one was House Party. Someone should bring that back.
