When I saw the first trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, I was all like, "Okay, I see what you did there." But when I saw this second trailer for Timur Bekmambetov's adaptation of the Seth Grahame-Smith book, I was all like, "Wait ... are you saying that Lincoln actually was a Vampire Hunter, and that the reason America had a civil war was because The South was actually full of vampires?! ...Alright then."
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter comes to theaters June 22nd, and I still feel pretty up-in-the-air about it. I guess we'll just have to see if its super serious satire plays well with audiences.
