Trailer: Beautiful Creatures

7:00 PM on 11.16.2012

When I covered the first trailer for Beautiful Creatures, I totes wrote it off as a "gender reversed Twilight." Now that the second trailer is finally out, I realize I may have judged it too harshly. This new trailer covers more of the story than the budding romance introduced in the first one. You see, BeeCees has a lot more fun potential than the Twilight films.

BeeCees gives you fake southern accents, a light and dark side, some nice visual witch effects, and I'm fairly certain this trailer just ruined the movie for me. Something about it seems spoilery. So if you're worried about that, you should probably hang back and know that Emily Rossum looks like she steals the show.
