Trailer: Chicago Rot
Wow. This first official trailer for Chicago Rot is a riot. The film, shot around my beautiful hometown of Chicago, is about a wrongly imprisoned man being let loose in the city as he looks for the man that murdered his Mother and "stole his soul." It definitely has the makings for an amazing horror/thriller. However, what I can't stress enough is how great it looks, especially considering that it's completely independent. Seriously, watch this trailer and try to tell me that the cinematography doesn't look amazing. Here's hoping it helps put Chicago cinema back into the spotlight where it belongs. If you want to read more about Chicago Rot, you can check out the film's official Facebook page and its website. [Thanks Eric!] Did you know?
