Trailer: I Give It A Year

Anna Faris doesn't say anything AND she's in her underwear? Sign me up!

This one is for our cousins across that big drink of water called the Atlantic ocean. I Give It A Year is a UK comedy written and directed by Dan Mazer (Bruno), and stars Rose Byrne, Simon Baker, Rafe Spall, Minnie Driver, Anna Faris, Olivia Colman, and of course funnyman Stephen Merchant giving a wonderfully inappropriate speech at a wedding reception. There's not much to say in regards to plot, which is about a recently married couple who meet romantic interests in the midst of their own doubt about their relationship, but I chuckled enough to have my attention grabbed. Plus, Minnie Driver is in it and I feel like I go years between the movies I see her in.

It's kind of hard to give any thoughts on comedy trailers because you don't know if what your being shown is the best stuff or just enough to whet your appetite, but I'm going to keep an eye on this one. It does feature Anna Faris and her boobs, after all. And the sex photos getting mixed up in the vacation pictures? Comedy gold.

I Give It A Year releases in the UK on February 8, 2013. No date has been given yet for a stateside release. Shucks.
