Trailer: Noobz
Noobz (Ugh) is currently billed as a movie "gamers can call their own" (Ugh). As you can tell, I'm not a fan of this idea. First of all, a "noob" is something I hardly hear anymore so it's not longer a legitimate tie to gaming culture, and secondly, any title with a "Z" where an "s" should be gets no respect from me. And this trailer doesn't necessarily help matters. There's very little to go on other than the fact they are competing in some sort of tournament, and dubstep (wubwubwubwubwub). Well, Jason Mewes is in this if that means anything anymore. Oh and if any of this looks better than mediocre, you should know that this is set for a straight to DVD/VOD release this February.
