Trailer: The Woman in the Fifth

Apr 13 // Liz Rugg

Starring Ethan Hawke and Kirstin Scott Thomas, The Woman in the Fifth is a thriller about an American man, (Hawke) who travels to Paris in the wake of a scandal that forces him out of his job, to spend time with his estranged daughter, when he meets the mysterious "woman in the fifth" (Scott Thomas).

Somehow everything about this trailer falls flat for me. I'm not sure if it's just the way that the trailer is cut or paced or the apparent lack of detail in the plot, but nothing about this movie really stands out as interesting to me. Maybe I just need some more coffee.
