Trailer: Welcome to the Punch

9:00 AM on 12.12.2012

For a movie I've never heard of before, Welcome to the Punch looks like it could be a decent little action romp, or if nothing else, I've always enjoyed James McAvoy's and Mark Strong's performances. Honestly, though, I'm getting a little exhausted of Strong always playing the bad-guy, even if he is awesome at it. I know he's capable of more, and it would be nice to see him in something that offers a little bit more range.

Aside from the actors, it's hard to find anything particularly extraordinary about what this film may offer. Not that I'm complaining or anything. Sometimes all I need is a movie with lots of bang bangs and a couple of big booms and I'm perfectly satisfied.

Welcome to the Punch hits theaters March 15, 2013.

New World War Z poster isn't even trying anymore

World War Z with Brad Pitt is pretty much DOA. We know, for instance, that the bloated, unfaithful, neutered (it's a bloodless PG-13) adaptation of the Max Brooks book will need to make $400 million just to break even, and th...
