Atlus Shrugged Part 3 is indeed coming

A long while ago we reviewed Atlus Shrugged Part 1 and for a solid chunk of time it was the worst reviewed film on the site. It failed miserably at the box office. Like, really miserably. Undaunted, its right wing producers plowed ahead and made Atlus Shrugged Part 2. We didn’t review this one because we couldn’t wash the first one from our psyche. It didn’t do well either.

But never say die (unless it’s the over-taxing, liberal government). Atlus Shrugged Part 3 is now go and will be released summer of 2014. This movie will feature the smallest budget of the three films, costing just under $10 million, but will probably suck just as much as the last two. A new screenwriter has been brought on board, but no director or cast has been announced.

These films are basically failed propaganda, but the people making them don’t seem to realize they’ve actually failed.
