Disney unveils Lady and The Tramp poster at D23 expo

With the D23 Expo underway, Disney is in full swing on revealing what's coming to Disney+ for its launch. As well as confirming a bunch of shows we already knew about, we were blessed with the official poster for the upcoming Lady and The Tramp remake. After the first look, there's nothing really new here, but I'm surprised Disney went with actual dogs instead of creating some CGI monstrosities.

I don't know how necessary a remake of Lady and The Tramp is, but I can't say I'm not a little eager to check this out. It's one of the few "classic" films from Disney's storied history that I'm not that fond of, so a remake could improve the pacing of the story quite considerably. You also can't be upset about dogs doing cute things, which I'm sure this film will feature. We won't have much longer to wait as the film will begin streaming when Disney+ launches on November 12, 2019.
