First trailer for James Wan produced Demonic, a film trapped in hell

James Wan, director of Furious 7, Insidious, and The Conjuring, also produced this haunted house/demon film Demonic. While it was slated to release December 12th last year (and finished filming as early as 2013), that release was canceled without explanation. I can kind of understand why it's been shoved into development hell because the first trailer for the film doesn't inspire confidence, but if Ouija can exist, so can this.

Also Frank Grillo plays a kickass detective, and seeing as how he broke out last year (The Purge: Anarchy, Captain America: The Winter Soldier), this film has a bit of a higher profile now. Well, maybe we'll see it soon. Little tip: the mixing's a bit weird so make sure you have your volume turned up.
