First trailer for Jersey Boys

Jersey Boys is a pretty easy sell. A musical about the Four Seasons featuring all their greatest hits? Yea, people are going to come out to see that. It could, however, go horribly wrong as adaptations go if they decided to get too fancy with it. Judging from the first trailer they’ve kept it simple and straight forward… and added Christopher Walken.

With a cast full of “that guys” you’ll recognize a few faces, but the real star behind this is obviously the music. The question is can a movie filled with oldies pull in audiences like the theatrical version did or are the audiences too different. With Clint Eastwood directing I think it won’t be that big an issue.
