First trailer for Spike Jonze's Her w/ Joaquin Phoenix

UPDATED: Her will have its world premiere at this year's New York Film Festival. It has been selected as the closing night film.

Here's the first trailer for Her, the long-awaited new film from Spike Jonze. The movie stars Joaquin Phoenix, Olivia Wilde, Rooney Mara, Amy Adams, and the smoky voice of Scarlett Johansson. Here's how Jonze described Her:

It's a movie set in the slight future of L.A. and Joaquin Phoenix's character buys the world's first artificially intelligent operating system... it basically turns into a human, this entity, this consciousness, on his computer [and the relationship between the man and the OS turns] into something more romantic.

I wonder what the kids will look like, and I hope they sing that song from The Man with Two Brains.

Her will be out in limited release on November 20th. In the gallery is the banner for the film. After the cut there's a video of Jonze teasing a music project that could use your help. Also, that song from The Man with Two Brains.
