By You think Pacific Rim set a new standard for giant monster movies? Don’t you dare forget a new Godzilla is coming out next year. To remind all of you that a potentially badass Godzilla movie exists, here’s a poster revealed just before this year’s Comic Con coming up this weekend.
Sure it’s gone through rewrites and the like, but as someone who loves him some Gojira, this poster just has me wanting the new film even more. It’s so damn gorgeous. It’s like a Skyscrapersaurus or something. Gareth Edwards, the director, also teased that we were getting some big news during Comic-Con also. I’m hoping for the first real footage.
