Himesh Patel will be joining Christopher Nolan's new film Tenet

And the cast keeps on growing

Himesh Patel is the newest addition, to the already impressive cast, of Christopher Nolan's newest film Tenet. Patel is coming off his starring role in the Beatles inspired movie Yesterday.

The plot details for Tenet are still being kept under wraps per Nolan's modus operandi. The only thing anyone has seen regarding this was a surprise secret teaser that played before some screenings of Hobbs and Shaw on the opening weekend. The little that we do know is that it involves a plot in the world of international espionage. The film's production has taken place across seven different countries and been filmed on a combination of IMAX and 70 mm film, much like Dunkirk was.

The lack of knowledge when it comes to Christopher Nolan's films lends a sort of mystique to them and is refreshing with some of the marketing overloads we get for movies these days. We'll likely only get a better idea of what role he has to play when the film releases.

Tenet will arrive in theaters on July 17, 2020
