By We all know she’s Jenny from the block, but we didn’t know that block was made of ice. Reports are coming in that Jennifer Lopez is joining the rest of the Ice Age cast in the franchise’s next sequel, Ice Age 4: Continental Drift. Another marquee star, Jeremy Renner, is also on board, following up the other cool announcement of his casting in the next Jason Bourne film.
Rounding out the cast of Ice Age new-hires are Aziz Ansari, Wanda Sykes, and Drake. As I mentioned in my review of Rio, Blue Sky Studios has a knack for getting big-name stars to do voice work in their movies. What do you guys think of the new additions? I’m personally excited to see Ansari encapsulated into a small, hyperactive furry mammal myself… as if he wasn’t playing one already.
