LA: Street Food Cinema kicks off this Saturday

Food + movies = me likey. Street Food Cinema brings outdoor movie screenings together with various food trucks in the LA area. If I still lived on the left coast, I’d probably likey.

Street Food Cinema kicks off this Saturday at Exposition Park with a screening of Rob Reiner’s Stand By Me. The opening music act for the film: Corey Feldman. Tickets are $10 for general admission, $15 for reserved seating; children 6-12 get in for $5, and children 5 and under get in free. Doors open at 5:30pm, Corey’s on at 6:30pm, and the film starts at 8:00pm.

Looks like food selection for Saturday will include lobster rolls, grilled cheese, gyros, tacos, burgers, roti, cupcakes, and coffee. If you eat all of that, I’ll give you a No Prize.
