New Thor: Ragnarok pics include Technicolor Goldblum, Goth Blanchett, GladiaThor

This looks like a gaudy 80s sci-fi epic!

Yesterday we showed the Entertainment Weekly cover that revealed the first look at Thor: Ragnarok. Hemsworth got a gladitorial haircut, Cate Blanchett got Hela mascara and eye shadow, and Tessa Thompson has tapped into the space Norse glory of Valkyrie. There were plenty more pics where that came from, though.

Entertainment Weekly ran a number of photos for Thor: Ragnarok, which makes the movie look like a colorful 80s sci-fi adventure a la Ice Pirates, The Last StarfighterKrull, and that ilk. One pic shows off Jeff Goldblum's Grandmaster, which makes me think that Thor: Ragnarok may be a secret sequel to Earth Girls Are Easy.

Yeah, I'm into this, guys.

Check out the pics below and in the gallery. Thor: Ragnarok gets gaudy and colorful in theaters on November 3, 2017.
