By Dorothy Gale is back on another kooky Oz adventure in Dan St. Pierre and Will Finn’s upcoming 3D CG-animated feature Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return. This second trailer features new gags, some fun characters, and the same bad, stilted animation as the first. At least Dorothy’s Return can boast a few solid voice actors in its lineup, including Lea Michele as Dorothy, Martin Short as a malevolent jester, and Patrick Stewart as an ancient tree/tugboat aptly named “Tugg.” Animation aside, hearing Patrick Stewart voice a creature like that might be worth the price of admission.
Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return hits theaters May 9th.
