NJ: Lighthouse International Film Festival runs June 6-9

Bending Steel, Rewind This!, Grow Up Tony Phillips, and more

This week, the Lighthouse International Film Festival kicks off in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. The festival will run from June 6th to June 9th.

Though I usually focus on NYC-based festivals, I wanted to highlight this one since two fine documentaries will be playing at the fest: Bending Steel and Rewind This! (Read our interview with the Bending Steel team, and our interview with the Rewind This! team.) Chris "Wonder" Schoeck of Bending Steel will be at the festival, and will be showing off the craft of the old-time strongman.

Other films playing at the Lighthouse International Film Festival include Grow Up, Tony Phillips, Shored Up, Kiss of the Damned, and Hijacking.
