NYCC's Daredevil sizzle reel offers a brief glimpse of season two

Check out the back of Punisher's head

So the first season of Netflix's Daredevil was pretty great, and Marvel knows how much everyone loved it. It's no surprise, then, that they hyped the show at New York Comic Con last week during their joint panel with Netflix about their MCU shows. While there was certainly a lot of time devoted to its next series, Jessica Jones (which we think looks rad), Marvel also showed off a sizzle reel for ol' hornhead. Check it out:

Granted, most of that video is made up of clips from the stellar first season, but we've got a small glimpse of the second season right at the end. Eagle-eyed viewers will catch shots of all the main cast looking grim and concerned, but also our first glimpses of Elodie Young's Elektra Natchios and Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle (aka the Punisher). There's no hard release date yet, but season two of Daredevil will drop on Netflix sometime in 2016.
