Rogen's The Interview gets new release date, possibly because of communism

I'm really, reeeeeeeeeeeeally looking forward to The Interview. It's Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's follow up to This is the End, one of my favorite films of 2013, stars Rogen and James Franco doing what they do best, and it's been declared as an "act of war" by the North Korean media. All of this adds up to what's probably going to be the best comedy of 2014. It just sucks that we're going to have to wait a bit longer.

Cameron Crowe has been working on a big secret project, and it's intended release was Christmas Day this year, but it has been since pushed back into 2015. Because of this, Sony moved The Interview from its October 10th release (which is essentially the same window TiTE released in last year) to that December 25th slot. While I would've loved to see it sooner, it's going to compete with all the kid friendly movies and that's just fantastic. Also North Korea would be a ball of tiny monsters if they attacked during Christmas...but I'm sure no one's really thinking about that.
