Rumors of Paul Rudd being Front Runner for Ant-Man TRUE

0

From Anchorman to Ant Man

As we have been saying for weeks, and now confirmed by Edgar Wright, Paul Rudd is most certainly the front runner for the lead role of Hank Pym in the up coming Ant-Man movie that is slated for release July 31, 2015.

It is important to also note that the short that we saw at Comic-Con of Ant-Man is not the final aesthetic look, but Wright said "The test footage is definitely a good idea of where it is going." The script was co-written with Joe Cornish and will be directed by Wright. He's a solid prospect in the realm of comic book movies, as many of you might remember Wright's work with Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. The casting of Rudd seem to be right on target with Marvel's movies M.O. of casting outside the box and bringing some unlikely people into some uncanny heroes.
