Shades on for new Once Upon a Time in Hollywood trailer

QT in LA

With Tarantino's latest set to premiere today in at the Cannes Film Festival, Sony Pictures have released a lengthier trailer for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Rick Dalton (Leonard DiCaprio) and his stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) are set to navigate the glitz and glamor of 1969 Los Angeles, with the looming Manson Family murders a creeping presence of dread. Margot Robbie plays Sharon Tate, victim of the murders, with the new trailer giving us glimpses at Kurt Russell, Timothy Olyphant, Dakota Fanning, and others in their '60s getups.

Tarantino's film was a last-minute addition to the Cannes lineup, with the iconic filmmaker releasing a candid plea for festival audiences to avoid spoiling the film for the rest of us rabid fans, who will have to wait for Hollywood's July 26 release for two months more.

Something tells me it's going to be worth the wait.
