Shaun The Sheep is coming to America!

He even mucks about with those who cannot bleat

Shaun The Sheep is so far, one of the best movies of the year. Here in the UK, I saw it back in february, enjoyed it thoroughly, and sang its praises everywhere that I could. "It'll never come out in America though," I'd sadly add as I recommended it to my many US friends.

Today, everything changes. Lionsgate are distributing the film to (presumably overjoyed) American audiences on August 7th, when you (yes YOU!) will be able to see the ridiculous tale of, well, sheep. No word on how wide the release will be, but hopefully it'll be on enough screens then for the folk that want to see it to be able to.
