By Jenna Fischer (The Office) is starring in an upcoming dramedy entitled A Little Help. Originally debuting at last year’s Sundance Film Festival, the film is preparing for a wider release this June. Apple just released a new trailer in preparation for said release, which is… very underwhelming.
Fischer plays Laura, a dental hygienist recovering from the sudden death of her husband (Chris O’Donnell) in the summer of 2002. Her son, Dennis (Daniel Yelsky), tells lies about his father’s death because dying as a firefighter in 9/11 is a lot cooler than dying from a heart abnormality. Of course, the lies begin to snowball and Laura’s left to deal with all of them.
How fun! A Little Help is coming to theaters on June 24.
