Trailer and posters for Focus starring Will Smith and Margot Robbie

Before we find out if they’ll work well together in DC’s Suicide Squad, we’re getting a taste of Will Smith and Margot Robbie’s chemistry in Focus. Starring Will Smith as a former grifter, and Margot Robbie as a current griftress who tries to out grift the grifter who’s retired from grifting but goes in for one more grift, but is in the middle of a huge grift but might be getting grifted by the griftress who’s been working a major grift from the begrifting. Grift. 

In all seriousness, Focus looks stylish but doesn’t have a lot beyond that. Everything oozes coolness, but I can’t seems to find a narrative deeper than that “Grift of the Magi” episode of The Simpsons.
