I am so sick of movies and television trotting out the old myth of “herp you only use 10% of your brain derpity derp.†As that is most of the premise for Limitless, the new Bradley Cooper vehicle, I instantly hate it. The Hangover star plays a deadbeat writer who, thanks to a magic pill called NZT, can use his brain to capacity, which apparently makes you super good at math, able to write a book in four days, and get the attention of aging film stars that really, really haven’t been too choosy with film roles in their twilight years.
This trailer is godawful, and I hate all of you for making me watch it.
