Trailer: The Rep

0

The Rep is an indie documentary about "repertory theaters". You've probably heard about this kind of theater a lot -- but just didn't know it. The Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, The New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles, and Film Forum in New York are all Rep theaters. Basically, a Repertory Theater plays awesome old movies - often cult classics - and creates an environment for movie fanatics to enjoy these favorite movies as an audience.

The Rep is about such theaters, specifically a group of friends in Toronto, Canada who try to start one. You can check out the first trailer for The Rep above, or go here to check out the web-series that the movie is based off of.
