Trailer: The Way, Way Back

The Way, Way Back is going to be a quiet hit that picks up as the year goes on. It's a coming of age film (written by Nat Faxon and Jim Nash (who cameos in the trailer)), starring Liam James as a kid who grows up after his mom gets a new boyfriend and goes to the beach for the Summer. This trailer might give most of his journey away (films of this nature tend to do this), but this seems like a film that'll be all about quieter dialogue moments rather than big set pieces.

Allistair seemed to really enjoy it when he saw it at Sundance this year, so I'm looking forward to this even more since I'm a sucker for a good and lazy character film.
