Update: Batman v Superman's Batmobile is half classic, half Nolan

Update: And we have an official view from Zack Snyder, which you can see in the gallery. Actually looks even more throwback than I originally thought. 

One of my less-than-favorite things in the Nolan Batman films was the military inspired Batmobile. Yes, it fit into the world created and that world was awesome, but I missed the classic design. That's why these images of the new Batmobile from the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice are quite pleasing. 

The new take has that same realistic feel, but incorporates more of the classic Batmobile design. I love the the doors come up like that and more importantly that it at least hints at having wings on the back. The wings are the coolest part. You can check out more images below.
