2011 SAG Award nominees announced

This year’s Screen Actors Guild award nominees were announced yesterday, and there are some fairly decent surprises here. After being snubbed hard by the Golden Globes, True Grit gets some love with a nomination for both Jeff Bridges and Hailee Steinfeld. Other than that, there’s a lot of nominations consistent with what’s come before: big love for Social Network, Black Swan, and The Fighter. I’m also always happy to see Winter’s Bone get recognition.
