“Roe” from Roe v. Wade to act in anti-abortion movie

This story is just so weird.  Apparently Norma McCorvey, (better known by the pseudonym Jane Roe, which she used in the 1960’s-70’s Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade. Which for anyone who doesn’t know, is the case which made it illegal for states to outlaw abortions) is set to act in an upcoming movie called Doonby by director Peter M. Mackenzie about an unmarried woman during the 1960’s who seeks a doctor to end her inconvenient pregnancy — and an elderly woman who tries to talk her out of it. The elderly woman is of course being played by the former Ms. Roe.

From what I understand, McCorvey converted to Catholicism in the 1990’s, and renounced literally everything she once stood for. And now she’s going to be in this movie playing a role where she essentially tries to talk her younger self out of her own history-altering decision? Please excuse me before my head asplodes.
