After the Credits: Back up your phone

Do you back up your hard drive? Not a bad idea. Do you back up your phone? I hadn’t really considered it a priority…until now. See, over my little vacation I took many photos, made much progress in the semi-stupid cell phone games I play, and, well, used my phone like crazy. Then the unthinkable happened.

My Micro SD card crapped the bed.

For some reason, my photos got all corrupty, and my phone freaked the hell out. After hours of fiddling, I finally got some of the (important work-related) photos off my card. But not enough. Lots are gone forever.

Lesson? Back up your phone. Just do it. Perhaps it’s sad that we’ve reached this point, but we have. Flixist cares.
