And here are your 2010 Razzie winners

I think we’ve all had quite enough of the good movies. All those Hollywood people coming together and patting themselves on the back for a job well down kind of ignores all the crap they managed to pump out last year. Thankfully, The Razzies are here to remind us that bad movies are all over the place. Right before the Oscars the Razzies had their turn and if you read below you’ll be able to see what took home the award for worst of the worst.

I like the idea of the Razzies a lot, but every year they seem to fall more into the mode of nominating films because they’re cool to hate instead of films that are actually horrendous. The rampant reappearance of The Twilight series is a good example since they’ve only improved with each iteration and are far from the worst thing out there.

So some of the nominations are more trendy than actually terrible, horrible, no good movies, but I can guarantee you that every award that went to The Last Airbender (especially worst movie) was fully deserved. That thing was a dream killer.
