Bad Robot gets its own Maquette

0

You’ve seen him at the end of TV shows, you’ve noticed him at the beggining of movies and now you can have him in your home. Yes everyone, the Bad Robot from the Bad Robot Productions logo (I know you’re saying it in your head right now in that chiding child’s voice) is now a real, living Marquette. OK, subtract the living part and you’re good to go.

Only tangentially related to films since Bad Robot Productions is J.J. Abrams production company and they make movies, this ten inch robotic ball of charm was just too adorable to pass up. If you want him you can have him, but you’re going to have to be quick about it. There’s only 1,000 being made and we’re guessing they’re going to fly off the virtual shelves pretty quickly when pre-orders kick in on December 17. He’ll set you back $89.95, but increase the “dawwww” factor of any room by priceless amounts.

Is anyone else interested in seeing a children’s movie by J.J. Abrams based off this robot?

More shots of the guy over at Tomopop along with a nice preview of the piece.
