Badassness returns: Liam Neeson confirms Taken 2

0

There are a lot of movies where people try to act like badasses, and a lot of times they might pull it off, but it’s a rare case that you walk out of a movie knowing that someone has defined themselves as one of the baddest of all badasses. That’s what happened with Liam Neeson in Taken. I strongly recommend you see it because while it may not “make sense” or have a “cohesive plot” Neeson is such a badass in it that you won’t care.

Also you should see it because then you’ll be really excited that Liam Neeson has confirmed that there is going to be a sequel. Neeson has been out promoting Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader (he plays Jesus Aslan) and while doing interviews said that once he was done making the sequel to Clash of the Titans, titled Wrath of the Titans, that Taken 2 would be made before his limbs give up on him.

OK, so it might be a while, but Neeson elevated himself to such badass status in the first one that even if he’s rolling around in a wheelchair when the make the second the residual badassness should be enough to keep the film going.
