Batman v. Superman changes release date, WB announces dates for 9 DC films

Following in their competitor Marvel’s footsteps, Warner Bros initially set Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s release to May 6th, 2016…the same day Marvel had chosen for a then undesignated film, which later turned out to be Captain America 3. So like how Marvel started off Summer early this year with Captain America: The Winter Solider‘s release early April, WB has moved BvS to March 25th 2016. Which means Summer blockbusters will start even earlier that year.

Say what you will, but with virtually no competition, BvS is going to rule the box office. It’s a smart move. In a less smart move, WB is planning nine DC Comics films (untitled, of course) and has already set their dates. Why don’t we get one off the ground first, okay?
