By I think of all the Marvel films Ant-Man is the least appreciated. The studio made a fun little heist movie that sat outside most of the continuity of the universe, and as such it didn’t generate quite as much hype as other films. Hopefully, Ant-Man and the Wasp can give us a bit more of the “different” feeling while pulling in more folks. More importantly, it’s giving us another female superhero, which the Marvel universe is sorely lacking at the moment.
She looks pretty awesome in this new photo, which is our first really good look at The Wasp and Ant-Man together. I like that the costumes compliment each other, and that both of them look pretty bad ass. The slight redesigns on Ant-Man’s costume make it a bit sleeker and I think it works.
