Box Office Numbers: Below normal activity

0

Paranormal Activity 4: The Legend of Curly’s Gold took the top slot at the box office with $30 million. This is a drop compared to the previous sequels in the series. Paranormal Activity 3 grossed $52 million in its first weekend, and Paranormal Activity 2 grossed $40 million. Paranormal Activity 4 only cost $5 million to make and was probably shot in about two or three weeks, so it’s still profitable.

Surprising no one, Paramount has already greenlit Paranormal Activity 5 for October 2013. Best case scenario: Paranormal Activity 5: Ghost Dad Part 2 3D.

Argo kept its Kirby krackle going, Alex Cross got crossed, and that Kevin James movie should get punched in the face. Check out the box office results after the cut.
