Box Office Numbers: #CrimeDeux

While Dawn of the Planet of the Apes took the top spot again this week (making $36 million), I already decided I was going to dedicate this week’s Box Office Numbers to #CrimeDay (be sure to enter our Purge contest!). Making a surprising amount of money, The Purge: Anarchy comes in second with $28 million, rounding out the top three is Planes: Fire and Rescue. 

I didn’t review that one because it would’ve just been “F**king Planes” about 600 times. Hit the jump for the box office performances for the 7/18-21 weekend. Did you all have a good Crime Day? I stole six pairs of jeans.
